Comedian Espi Rivadeneira is originally from upstate NY, and
grew up the middle child with four siblings in a tough, smart, and
funny family. Always into language, she became multilingual and
thought that’s where her career path would take her. Espi's young
life has already had some twists and turns, and she talks very
openly about her battles with alcoholism -- but also tells me all
about her discovery of her first love improv, and her true love,
standup. We talk comedy, family, and all about one particular
person who’s been an inspiration to her: Actor, Robert Downey Jr,
who of course has dealt with his own demons.
